Sandra Bullock has been granted an emergency protective order over her intruder.
Joshua Corbett, the 49-year-old intruder who had an "obsession" with Sandra Bullock and broke into her house early on Sunday morning, was rummaging through her belongings at the time of his arrest. Corbett entered through the backdoor of Bullock's home on Sunday morning, while the actress and her 4-year-old son were at home.

According to TMZ.com, the actress obtained an emergency protective order against Corbett following the break-in in Los Angeles.
Corbett was arrested at around 6.30am on Sunday on suspicion of residential burglary and could face additional charges. However, none of Bullock's property was taken. Corbett is currently being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Incidentally, Bullock was in Los Angeles to accept the Decade of Hotness honor at Spike TV's Guy's Choice Awards, quipping during her acceptance speech: "I'm still convinced I'm up here because someone dropped out and they needed someone quickly and we know I'm home on Saturdays."
Hours later, Bullock had called 911 to report the break-in and police responded within four minutes, placing Corbett under arrest at the scene. A representative for the actress has not yet responded to requests for comments, though the Gravity actress and her son are thought to be fine.
Bullock is currently lending her voice to Minions - the third movie in the Despicable Me franchise. The movie - set for 2016 - sees Gru recruited to stop Scarlet Overkill hatching a plot to take over the world.
