Police in California have raided the home of a photographer who accused Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James of vandalising his car.
Snapper Ulises Rios was embroiled in a dispute with the TV mechanic last month (Mar10) close to the star's home in Long Beach. Both men made citizen's arrests, with Rios accusing James of damaging his car in the scuffle.
James has been cited for vandalism, but no charges have been made, and cops have now executed two search warrants in connection to the incident, raiding two homes where Rios has been staying in a hunt for evidence, according to TMZ.com.
Officers are said to have confiscated several items including videotapes and photographs during Thursday's (08Apr10) search.
James is currently in rehab in Arizona to deal with his personal problems after his famous wife walked out on him over allegations he cheated on her.
