Singer/songwriter Sandi Thom is celebrating after winning two top honours at the 2011 Scottish New Music Awards.
The star picked up Artist of the Year and Jazz/Blues Recording of the Year honours for her album, Merchants and Thieves, at the ceremony in Glasgow, Scotland on Sunday (04Sep11).
Thom took to her Twitter.com page to thank fans for their votes, writing "Thank you soooo much to all you voters out there!!! You have made one wee woman very happy and proud!"
Rock trio The Amorettes were named Group of the Year, while traditional folk group Skerryvore won Record of the Year for their self-titled album.
