BORAT star Sacha Baron Cohen had to be jetted out of New York during filming on the comedy to avoid arrest and deportation when a stunt went awry. The British funnyman appeared to be stealing furniture from a Manhattan hotel as his comical Kazakstani TV reporter character Borat - but management at the place didn't get the joke. Instead, the manager reported Cohen and his film crew to the police, an arrest warrant was issued and the Brit had to dash to New Jersey to avoid arrest. Instead, according to a new article in Rolling Stone magazine, the film's line producer and first assistant spent 19 hours in jail for orchestrating the stunt.
