Rumer Willis ' long-term friend Zac Efron has expressed concern for her and her mother Demi Moore, who has been experiencing some very public troubles of late. Speaking to Extra, Efron said "Me and Rumer have been friends for a long time. I know Demi is going through some personal stuff right now. I just wish her well. I hope she's doing OK.'
Rumer Willis was present at the birthday party Demi Moore was holding at her house when she experienced seizures and collapsed. Reportedly, the collapse was due to her having inhaled nitrous oxide 'whip-its' - a legal drug usually associated with young club-goers. A number of rumors have circulated since Demi was hospitalized on January 23, 2012, one of which suggested that the star of A Few Good Men was actively pursuing a romantic relationship with the 24 year-old High School Musical star.
Since her mother's hospitalization, Rumer Willis has been spotted socializing with Glenn Close and her daughter Annie Starke. Starke is reported to have been one of the people present at the ill-fated birthday party, which was being held for Demi's film industry pal Heather Parry. A recording of the 911 call was released to the media and it has been suggested that Annie's voice is one of the voices that can be heard in the background.
