Swedish pop duo Roxette are in negotiations to stage a comeback - five years after the band last worked together.
The Listen To Your Heart hitmakers took an extended hiatus in 2002 after singer Marie Fredriksson was diagnosed with a brain tumour.
Fredriksson reunited briefly with bandmate Per Gessle in 2004 to celebrate the group's 25th anniversary, with both subsequently concentrating on solo projects.
But now Gessle admits a comeback is a real possibility.
He says, I think we will do that, one way or another, maybe not touring but one way or another I think were going to do something together. I dont know when, but I cant really see any reason why not. Maybe not touring but one way or another I think were going to do something together. Its just a matter of what Marie feels comfortable with and what Im doing at the moment, so I keep my fingers crossed.
