Fresh Prince's Uncle Phil AKA  Dies Aged 65: James Avery, star of sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, died on New Year's Eve, leaving family and friends bereft. The 68 year-old comedy and voice actor passed away due to complications related to a recent open heart surgery. The news has attracted tributes from Fresh Prince fans all over the world, as well as members of the cast who were devastated upon hearing the sad news.
