Comedian ROSIE O'DONNELL reels off a few jokes to the crowd as she attends the Toronto PFLAG (Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) Ally Awards. She jokes about the country, her gay brother and her appreciation of PFLAG.
'I'm so happy to be here, I love Canada', she said before telling the crowd that she has often wanted to move there but she doesn't know anything about hockey. She explains that she married her partner Michelle Rounds in New York where her brother Danny is a State Assemblyman. 'He is gay as well, two out of five! Could be three, there's one we're not so sure about', she quips. She describes the PFLAG organisation as being 'really vital to helping parents understand things that are maybe too hard for them to grasp'.
