Controversial comic Roseanne Barr is heading back to Tv to narrate a documentary about crazed mothers.

The funnywoman, who starred in her sitcom Roseanne for nine years before fronting her own chat show, will lend her voice to creepy new U.S. series Momsters: When Moms Go Bad.

The show, which will air on the Discovery channel, focuses on mothers who commit crime in a bid to see their children succeed.

One episode focuses on Wanda Holloway, a Texas mother who was accused of attempting to hire a hitman to kill her daughter's cheerleading rival.
