Ronnie Wood and his fellow FACES rockers congratulated former frontman Rod Stewart on his baby news at the band's intimate comeback show on Wednesday (11Aug10).
The reformed '70s legends played a gig to just 400 devoted fans in London, 35 years after they split.
Stewart had declined to join the reunion and former Simply Red singer Mick Hucknall has stepped into his shoes - but the Stay With Me hitmakers showed there are no hard feelings by toasting Stewart's impending fatherhood.
Speaking before the concert at a venue in London's O2 Arena, Wood said: "Good luck to him, he's a great dad... We do miss Rod but having Mick here is just unbelievable because it's one of those situations that you probably at first think wouldn't work but it's magic."
Stewart announced on Monday (09Aug10) that his wife Penny Lancaster is pregnant with their second child. The baby is due in March (11).
