Irish pop star Ronan Keating is refusing to use the breakdown of his marriage as material for his new album, insisting he has already hurt his family enough by cheating on his wife.
The Boyzone singer split from his childhood sweetheart Yvonne after a fling with a backing dancer hit the headlines in 2010.
The pair tried to patch up their relationship, but the reconciliation attempt didn't work, and Keating moved out of the family home earlier this year (12).
He is now back in the studio working on a new solo project, but the star reveals the record will not feature songs inspired by the scandal.
Keating says, "I haven't written songs about anyone. I've hurt enough people. I've caused enough trouble and heartache.
"I don't want to do that on this record. I want calm. That's where I am."
