Ronan Keating has made a public apology to his estranged wife YVONNE "for the mistakes" he has made, crediting her with bringing him back from a "dark place".
The Boyzone singer separated from his spouse of 12 years in May (10) and was subsequently hit by claims he had enjoyed a fling with a dancer on his tour last year (09).
The pair recently sparked rumours of a reconciliation after they were pictured cuddling affectionately during a day out in Sydney, where the Irish singer has been working as a judge on Australia's The X Factor TV show.
Keating has now publicly declared his love for Yvonne in an emotional message printed in the sleeve notes of his new album, Duet.
The star mentions his "mistakes" and praises Yvonne for helping him through a troubled time.
He writes, "You are the most incredible, inspirational woman I have ever met. For the mistakes I have made in my life, I am sorry. Guess you have to go there to come back. It was a dark place and you were the light to bring me back. I love you."
