He tells Tmz.com, "I could have been gone. I got into a collision, 70 miles per hour, on my side of the car."

Rapper/actor Romeo Miller is heading to primetime - he's scored a role on new U.S. TV drama THE CAPE.
The hip-hop star, who recently appeared as a guest star on TV legal drama The Defenders, is set to make a more permanent mark on the small screen after joining the cast of the NBC show, about an ex-cop, played by David Lyons, who sets out to fight corruption in the police force and clear his name after being framed for a spate of crimes.
Miller, 21, will portray smart-talking gangster Lil Z, the sidekick to a character named Pokerface, played by Michael Irby and will make his show debut later this year (11).
Rapper Romeo Miller is a fashionable role model - he has launched his own clothing line promoting positive messages.
The 20-year-old star, son of former gangster rap icon Master P, is the founder of the College Boyys collection - with one line aimed at boys aged between two and seven, and another range for those aged eight to 20. Each item of clothing features a morale-boosting message on the hang tags.
