Rochelle Humes is eating healthily again after falling ''off the wagon''.

The Saturdays singer had her first child, daughter Alaia-Mai with Marvin Humes in May, and although she has been steadily shifting her baby weight she did have a break and have some comfort food but she is back on her healthy eating kick.

She revealed on Twitter: ''I fell off the wagon for a bit but, I'm back on...oh hello healthy eating. #fitclub I wanna get back to my old body the healthy way #runtime (sic)''

While the 24-year-old pop star has never been keen on dieting she is hoping to maintain a healthy and balanced diet.

Later she added: ''I'm not one for dieting never have been just to eat healthily. I feel so much better in myself when I do. (Let's see how long it lasts) LOL (sic)''

Rochelle and Marvin have been blissfully happy since the birth of their daughter and think the tiny tot is a dream child because she hardly disturbs them during the night.

Rochelle previously said: ''It's going well, she only wakes up once in the night so great so far ... We've been living in a bubble.''

She is the second member of The Saturdays to become a mum, after Una Healy welcomed daughter Aoife-Belle into the world in March 2012 with husband Ben Foden.

Their bandmate Frankie Sandford is currently pregnant and has confirmed that she and fiancé Wayne Bridge are expecting a baby boy at the end of the year.
