So is it illegal to ride a bike on the sidewalk in NY?? If it is then dont do it dillweed. Now one could say that maybe the cops should have something better to do, but all should know making routine stops is exactly how many "terrorists and crack dealers" are indeed caught.

What a terrible reporting job from who ever wrote this story,, first off, that episode of the View was a rerun ! it was a repeat from 2 months before it aired when repored "this weeks View " in the article,,,, second off > when Robin Williams told the story to the View, he did say this happened to him a few years ago,, what a joke this story is,, made it sound like it was such a scoop ! LOL
