Well, not exactly. But sort of. Robert Pattinson's post Twilight plans are really in full flow after the British actor signed up to star in 'Hold On To Me', opposite Mulligan. The film, based on a true story, follows a woman and her boyfriend who kidnap their town's richest man, reports E! Online.

Pattinson plays a long-time love of Mulligan, while the Oscar winning director James Marsh (Man on a Wire) will helm the project. Currently there's no word on when production will begin, though Pattinson has a couple of other projects to get out of the way first. He'll star alongside Guy Pearce in 'The Rover' - an intriguing Australian drama - as well as in 'Mission Blacklist', a drama about the hunt for Osama Bin Laden. The new movie with Mulligan - previously announced as 'Nancy and Danny' - will be penned by Brad Ingelsby, best known for 'Out of the Furnace'. Of course, before Pattinson starts thinking about the second-phase of his career (which began with a decent turn in Cosmopolis), he has one last debt to pay to Summit Entertainment. Pattinson will walk the Twilight red carpet for the final time (actually, a couple of times) when he attends the premieres of Breaking Dawn - Part 2 in November.

The actor has reportedly reunited with girlfriend and Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart after a brief time apart.
