Twilight star Robert Pattinson appears to have gotten everything he wanted for Christmas this year - thanks to the creative thinking of his girlfriend Kristen Stewart. The British actor is reportedly a keen musician, so Stewart's pricey gifts reportedly went down a storm, according to US Weekly magazine.
Just a few days before Christmas, Kristen travelled to Norman's Rare Guitar Shop in Tarzana, California, to pick out some festive gifts for her boyfriend. Accompanied by her father John, the actress spent time chatting with the knowledgeable staff and discussed various rare instruments available for purchase. After a long hard think, she eventually decided upon a 1947 K&F Lap Steel and a 1959 Fender Jazzmaster - the total? A cool $12,000. Rob is reportedly a regular in Norman's Guitar Shop, so Stewart opted to visit the legendary store after running into difficulties deciding upon a Christmas gift for her beau. The actor's love for music is no secret - he was reportedly in the running to play late Hallelujah singer Jeff Buckley in a forthcoming biopic, but lost out on the role to Penn Badgley.
Pattinson and Stewart - who are assumed to have been in a relationship for some time - recently starred together in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn 1, which broke box-office records worldwide. The final movie in the huge grossing franchise hits cinemas in November 2012.
