Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will be walking down the red carpet together at the final Twilight premiere, The Sun reports today. Despite having his world rocked by Kristen's recent infidelities, Rob has graciously agreed to accompany her down the red carpet, to save her own shame. Last month, photos emerged of Kristen kissing her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, thus putting an abrupt end to her long-term relationship with R-Patz.
A source told The Sun "He's told movie bosses he'll walk the red carpet to save her from embarrassment and any female fans booing her. He is being professional and taking the higher moral ground." Of course, it's likely that K-Stew is still going to get booed, even if Rob is standing by her side but we reckon it's pretty big of him to offer to accompany her on the night, after all that's happened. In fact, Pattinson seems to have dealt with the whole situation pretty maturely, given that he's the innocent victim in the break-up. He was even pictured flashing a peace sign with his fingers as he arrived for his hotly-anticipated appearance on Jimmy Kimmel chat show today (August 23, 2012).
It's not thought that Rob and Kristen have met since they split a few weeks ago and they certainly haven't been pictured together in public. The movie premieres in November 2012 and the eyes of the world's media will be on them, waiting to see how they deal with the experience.
