Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have called time on their relationship, for the time being at least, in a bid to see if their time together really is worth it, Hollywood Life has revealed.

The couple, who split last year after Kristen's infidelity with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, have been hounded by rumours of late saying that the pair have been fighting a lot recently and their time together may very well be over soon if nothing is done. As a result, Robert has apparently told Kristen that it is time to call it quits again, for the time being at least, to give them time to see if it really is worth carrying on.

Rob is heading to Australia in the next fews days to film the upcoming thriller The Rover and he has reportedly told Kristen that she is to remain away from the set whilst he is filming down under. Two separate sources, one close to Rob and the other close to Kristen, told Hollywood Life that the two are now in very different places, with K-Stew's confidant revealing that she is desperate for the two to stick together and maybe take the next step in their relationship. Meanwhile, Rob is said to be feeling the exact opposite and is apparently hoping that their trial separation will soften the blow when they do eventually break up.
