'Breaking Dawn: Part 2' looks to have some surprises in store for the 'Twilight' film series' fans as an alternative ending to the book has apparently been 'dreamed up' by the author and screenwriter.
The star of the series Robert Pattinson told Entertainment Weekly in an interview of his shock at reading the final script. 'When I first read the script, I got to that part and was like, 'What?' And then I had to go back a page', he said, but added, 'It does it a serious justice.' The script, which was created by author Stephenie Meyer and screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg, also impressed Pattinson's co-star Kristen Stewart who expressed appreciation for director Bill Condon describing him as 'someone who really cares' and adding: 'Thank God for him.'
Although these revelations could increase the anticipation of this movie tenfold, the promotional events could prove to be nothing less than awkward as fans may be distracted by the on-going battle between Stewart and Pattinson following Stewart being caught cheating on her on and off-screen lover with the married director of 'Snow White and the Huntsman' Rupert Sanders. After Stewart and Sanders both released separate statements of apology to the public, Pattinson apparently moved out of the home he shared with the star with Stewart leaving soon after but Pattinson has remained silent. The film is set for release on November 16th 2012 in both the UK and US.
