A Los Angeles paparazzo is taking on IRON MAN after recognising a photo he took of Robert Downey Jr. on the set of the action blockbuster in the film.
In a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ.com, snapper Ronnie Adams claims Paramount and Marvel Entertainment bosses shut down a pal's website when he posted his Iron Man photo on it.
He alleges the same shot then appeared on the big screen - and he hasn't been paid for it.
Adams insists movie executives removed his watermark and used the image without his permission.
