Robert Downey, JR. encourages his friends and colleagues to sign up to therapy sessions, because counselling has changed his life for the better.
The Iron Man star turns to experts for advice when life becomes too much for him and admits the sessions he's attended with his wife, producer Susan Levin, have been key to the success of their marriage.
And the 45 year old has become a big advocate of therapy, because it's also help the former Hollywood wildman stay sober.
He says, "I'm a pain in the a**. I don't think I'm hard to deal with... I'm just a bit of a hard a** about things.
"Therapy is great, therapy just works. You just go in and... sit down and you go, 'His fault!' And then start from there... I fell apart like 10 years ago and now everything is fine."
