The jury in actor Robert Blake's murder trail spent three hours deliberating their verdict yesterday (07MAR05) without reaching a final decision - but they made no request to review any testimonies or evidence.
Former BARETTA TV star Blake has not been present in the Los Angeles court since his lawyer M GERALD SCHWARTZBACH wrapped up the trial with his closing speech on Friday (04MAR05).
Schwartzbach added Blake will not be present during jury deliberations "unless he has to".
The 71-year-old has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Bonny Lee Bakley, who was shot to death in a parked car outside the actor's favourite Italian restaurant in Studio City, California, in May 2001.08/03/2005 14:37
