LATEST: Pop star Robbie Williams has confirmed his cancelled dates at London's Wembley Stadium will be staged at the nearby Milton Keynes Bowl. The ANGELS hitmaker's five concerts will still take place on the same dates - from 14 to 19 September (06). Several other acts including Williams' former boy band Take That, Bon Jovi and THE Rolling Stones have been forced to seek alternative venues, because building work on the revamped arena has failed to meet completion dates. Bon Jovi and Take That have also moved to Milton Keynes, while The Rolling Stones have swapped to Twickenham. Building firm Multiplex, which is rebuilding Wembley, previously stated "full practical completion" of the site could not be expected until the end of September (06). Wembley has said "no further events will take place at the stadium for the remainder of this year". The original Wembley Stadium went down in music folklore when it staged the London leg of Live Aid in 1985.
