Pop star Robbie Williams has been named the UK's biggest-selling artist of the 21st century.

The 31-year-old singer, who found fame as a solo artist after leaving boy band Take That in 1995, topped the list after selling more than 6.3 million albums since the millennium.

The poll, commissioned by British TV network Channel 4, found rockers Coldplay to came a close second with sales of 6.2 million records, while THANK YOU singer Dido came third with 5.7 million.
