Londoners who spotted Robbie Williams riding horseback through The East End while wearing large feathered wings this week: there's no cause for alarm. You're not going mad, and neither is the Take That man, we hope.
According to the UK's Daily Mail, the singer was filming scenes for the video for new track 'Vertigo', getting kitted out in a knight's costume and donning the huge wings. Despite climbing on top of a pretty large looking stallion, Robbie kind of ruined the look by donning a pair of bright green Adidas high-top trainers. The singer was spotted laughing and joking on-set, while Skins actress Kaya Scodelario - who stars in the movie - filmed her scenes wearing a form-fitting blue dress. Writing on her Twitter page, Kaya excitedly told followers, "Having a great day in spitafields market filming with Robbie williams for his new music video!". The day before, the Stoke-born singer and his stunt double were filming a scene in which they were hit by two cars at high speed (we're assuming it was the stunt double who was flung into the air). After appearing in the daredevil scenes, Robbie was treated to a visit by his pregnant wife Ayda Field.
The 33-year-old actress flew into London from Los Angeles by private jet - accompanied by her full medical team. Recent reports suggest the couple are planning on moving back to the UK to bring up their daughter.
