The 21-year-old singer angered the Pulp frontman at the event in southern England this summer after he spotted him showing off his dance moves backstage and jumped in for a cheeky smooch.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, he said: ''I kissed Jarvis Cocker. He wasn't too happy about that. He was dancing. Behind the stage there were loads of people there, but I saw Jarvis Cocker dancing so I thought I'd kiss him.''
Although he's had a jokey peck on the cheek with Britpop icon Jarvis, its 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' singer Taylor Swift who Jordan would prefer to be locking lips with.
He added: ''I think she's hot, she's really nice as well. Last time I hung out with her was at the Summer Time Ball with her and Ed Sheeran. She's just very relaxed, she seems quite strong-minded. She seems very sure about what she's doing and saying.''
