Ricky Gervais has bought an apartment in New York for $2.5 million.
The comic star and his long-term partner Jane Fallon have purchased a home on the 12th floor of the Barbizon 63 building which is located on the Upper East Side of the city.
The 1,794-square-foot corner apartment comes complete with two bedrooms, two full-size bathrooms and boasts "stunning open city views throughout".
It also has two balconies, a dining room, laundry room and kitchen and residents have access to the building's Equinox gym, pool and spa.
Ricky and Jane already own an apartment on the ninth floor of the block which they bought for $1.66 million in 2008 and a property in Hampstead, north London, which cost $3.1 million (£2 million) in 2007.
The New York building was originally created in 1927 and was named The Barbizon Hotel for Women.
It was a residential hotel for ladies - with no men allowed higher than the ground floor - and was popular with young aspiring actresses, including Liza Minnelli and Joan Crawford.
After undergoing various renovations, rule alterations and a name change, the hotel was closed in 2005 and subsequently gutted and turned into condominiums and named Barbizon 63.
