Rapper Rick Ross has axed his headlining slot at an urban music festival in Australia due to "unfulfilled contractual obligations".
The hip-hop star was due to play a total of four gigs at Supafest, which began in Brisbane on Saturday (15Apr12) and ends in Perth on 22 April (12), but all his shows have been cancelled.
Ross' representative tells MTV News, "Ross was looking forward to touching the people of Australia. This event is one of biggest urban festivals in Australia and he is very disappointed that he will not be performing. It is unfortunate that the payment arrangements did not meet contractual deadlines."
The festival has been plagued with problems as of late - organisers dropped Sean 'Diddy' Combs and Missy Elliott from the line-up last week (begs 09Apr12) following declining ticket sales.
This is the second event Ross has axed this month (Apr12) - he was set to headline the Easter Fest Rozay in Guyana on 9 April (12) but he pulled out at the last minute due to a "medical emergency".
