Reese Witherspoon is set to produce and star in 'Who Invited Her?'.
The 'Water For Elephants' actress will play a woman who insists on joining up with a bachelor party in the wedding-themed film, which is set to be created by Dreamworks after the studio reportedly paid a mid-to-high six-figure sum to beat off competition from Sony and Paramount to acquire the rights.
She is set to produce the movie through her Type A Films banner, while Gary Foster, who was at the helm of 'The Soloist', and Russ Krasnoff will work via Krasnoff Foster Entertainment.
Novelist Sascha Rothchild - who is writing and exec producing the adaptation of her book 'How to Get Divorced by 30' - will pen The Script for the movie, which is officially described as being "about a woman who insists on tagging along on a guy's bachelor party weekend".
The 35-year-old beauty took a night off from her busy schedule on Sunday (05.06.11) to receive an MTV Generation Award at the Mtv Movie Awards for entertaining audiences throughout her career, joining a prestigious list of stars such as Sandra Bullock, Tom Cruise and Jim Carrey to win the accolade.
