Reese Witherspoon dropped her aversion for revealing outfits on film for new movie Water For Elephants - because the designs were too beautiful to turn down.
The modest star hates flashing too much flesh in film roles and stops short of meaningless lingerie scenes and bikini shots whenever she can.
But her wardrobe on the set of her new film was too stunning to hand to a body double.
She tells WENN, "I sort of made a conscious effort to not wind up in a bathing suit in a movie and here I was in this movie wearing a leotard the majority of the movie.
"It was inspiring to have Jacqueline West designing them and they're beautiful. It was a different time when women loved their curves and enjoyed being voluptuous so all the costumes were very flattering for women in the film."
