Reese Witherspoon's marriage to Jim Toth is stronger than ever following their arrest in Atlanta, Georgia, earlier this year.
Reese Witherspoon's marriage to Jim Toth is stronger following their recent arrests.
The 'Water For Elephants' actress - who recently pleaded ''no contest'' to charges for disorderly conduct after confronting a police officer who had arrested her husband on suspicion of DUI in Atlanta, Georgia - is determined to put the incident behind them and focus on their relationship.
A source said: ''The whole situation was a good check-in to reassess things and make sure they're on track as a couple.''
Another close friend of the pair added: ''Reese learned from it. She feels she and Jim are in everything together, for life.''
The couple, who wed in March 2011, are looking forward to a low-key summer and plan to spend a lot of time with their son, Tennessee, eight months, and her other children, Ava, 13, and Deacon, nine - who she has with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.
The friend told Us Weekly magazine: ''They are planning a trip to Hawaii. Deacon will be in camp this summer and Ava is getting ready to start high school in the fall. They're all doing great.''
