Actress Rebecca Romijn has no regrets over her failed modelling career, insisting she hated working with temperamental designers - especially Chanel's Karl Lagerfeld.
Romijn began modeling when she was in college and moved from Berkeley, California to fashion capital Paris, France.
The star had a hard time adjusting to her new environment and claims she was traumatised by the legendary fashion designer's cruel tongue.
She recalls, "I remember going on a casting for a show and being criticised by a designer who always fans himself (Lagerfeld).
"That guy, who wears sunglasses indoors, made me feel bad about having big boobs.
"Do I really want to be taken seriously by that kind of a person?
"I mean, I don't want to take myself that seriously. I didn't make the best model in the world."
