British singer Rebecca Ferguson has been hit with a new lawsuit from her former managers.
Bosses at Modest Management Ltd. have launched a legal battle against The X Factor finalist, who parted ways with the group in June (12), for allegedly terminating their five-year contract prematurely.
Company executives have filed papers at the High Court in London and are seeking 20 per cent of Ferguson's future earnings through the remainder of their previous agreement, according to Bbc News.
Modest Management Ltd. represents a slew of hit stars, including Leona Lewis and boy band One Direction.
