British rockers Razorlight topped the bill at a gig which featured a bizarre opening act on Tuesday (03Jun08) - a band of singing politicians.
The Friends of the Earth charity event at London's Science Museum was in aid of a campaign that is calling on the U.K. government to include emissions from airplanes in the new climate change law.
Performing in front of a private jet in the museum's aviation exhibit, five U.K. Members of Parliament sang for the crowd before Razorlight took to the stage.
Borrell - a longtime supporter of Friends of the Earth - says, "If you have the courage to sing in front of people, you should have the courage to speak out about what you believe in."
