The list of the nominees for the 62nd Tony Awards has been announced.

They include Tom Stoppard for best play and playwright for "Rock and Roll".

Laurence Fishburne, Rufus Sewell, Patrick Stewart and Mark Rylance are the nominees in the best actor category.

Meanwhile, Eve Best, Deanna Dunagan, Kate Fleetwood, S. Epatha Merkerson and Amy Morton are all shortlisted for the best actress award.

Former CULTURE CLUB singer Boy George is facing a Broadway crisis - after the lead actor in his hit musical taboo reportedly walked out on the show.

The KARMA CHAMELEON singer has been working with American comedienne ROSIE O'DONNELL to bring his London West End production to New York.

But sources say that the opening date of the 80s drama - based on George's own life - has been put back after star Raul Esparza had a blazing row with O'Donnell, following reports of unrest on set.
