Rammstein frontman Till Lindemann has won damages from Finnish rockers Apocalyptica after accusing the group of copyright infringement.
The German musician sued the heavy metal band after making an appearance on their 2007 album Worlds Collide. His complaint stated a sticker on the CD suggested the record featured a contribution from Rammstein, rather than just him.
The case went before Germany's Regional Court of Berlin last month (Dec10) and the judge agreed that trademark infringement had occurred and ruled the band should pay $57,000 (£38,000) in damages.
