Rachel Weisz isn't the only high-flyer in her family, her father is a successful inventor.

Weisz, who has made the leap from England's prestigious CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY to becoming one of Britain's hottest talents in Hollywood, insists she is immensely proud of her Hungarian-born dad GEORGE.

She tells PAGESIX.COM, "My father is quite remarkable because he is an inventor. He invented a metal-detecting device which would clear a path for safety where there are land mines. Dad also invented an automatic milking machine, so you don't need human beings to milk a cow, and valves that open high-speed train doors. His biggest thing was an artificial respirator. He has invented thousands of things. I am very proud of him."
