A spokesperson for Kels has spoken to Tmz stating that the singer "had been looking forward to the cruise and was ready, willing and able to perform for fans." However it was on the cruise company's behalf that he was forced to pull out. The rep also told Tmz: "He [R Kelly] is sorry for any disappointment but plans to see his fans very soon on a U.S. tour."
