British royal Princess Michael Of Kent has had her hopes of becoming an author dashed, after her disgusted American publicist yesterday (27MAY04) ditched her for alleged racial abuse.
The princess has now been dumped by DAN KLORES COMMUNICATIONS - who she was set to sign with next week (begs31MAY04) - after she allegedly told five black diners to "go back to their colonies" during a row over noise in a New York restaurant.
Company president SEAN CASSIDY says, "Having seen and heard what the princess allegedly said we felt uncomfortable representing her.
"It is not the first time we have decided against representing somebody. We turned down Mike Tyson because of his well-documented problems."
And restaurant manager - PR executive NICOLE YOUNG - has confirmed the accusations levelled against the princess saying, "It was 150 per cent racist."28/05/2004 14:02
