British Royal Prince William has passed his Master of Arts degree in geography at Scotland's St. Andrews University, with a respectable 2:1 grade.

The son of Prince Charles and the late DIANA, Princess Of Wales achieved the upper second-class degree for his four-year course - beating his father who received a 2:2 - a lower second class - for his honours degree in history at Trinity College, Cambridge.

A spokesman for Charles's Clarence House office says, "William got an upper second class honours (degree). He's delighted.

"Everyone is absolutely delighted. His father's very proud."

After graduating in June (05), the 22-year-old prince, who is second in line to the British throne, is planning to sign up for military training at the prestigious Sandhurst Academy where his younger brother Prince Harry enrolled earlier this year (05).
