British royal Prince Charles and his wife CAMILLA, DUCHESS OF CORNWALL have been forced to cancel their visit to Peshawar, Pakistan over security fears. The couple are currently on a five-day tour of the Asian nation and were scheduled to visit Peshawar, in the north west frontier province, later today (31OCT06). However, after Pakistani forces destroyed an Islamic school near the Pakistan-Afghan border, the Prince was advised against his trip to Peshawar. Prince Charles is said to be "extremely disappointed" at missing out on the city, where he was set to visit a madrasa Islamic school. A spokesman for Prince Charles' London residence Clarence House says, "An alternative programme for their Royal Highnesses for Tuesday is being considered."
