Yuck Announce 3 Night London Residency In September 2013

Ahead of the release of their highly anticipated new album "Glow & Behold" in September, Yuck are excited to announce their first live shows in almost 2 years.
Playing brand new tracks from their Chris Coady produced sophomore album, as well as purveying classics such as "Get Away" and "The Wall" from their critically acclaimed debut, Yuck will be hosting a very special 3 night residency at The Macbeth, Hoxton, on September 17th, 18th and 19th. Held a fortnight before the release of their album, these specially curated shows will serve both as a showcase for the new band lineup as well as a celebration of the much loved venue, which recently publicized news of its threatened closure.
The location of these special shows is particularly fitting, as Yuck can this week announce that they will be adding a new live member to their line-up - joining Max, Jonny and Mariko will be guitarist Ed Hayes, who, until being recruited by Yuck, had been working behind the Macbeth's very own bar.
The long awaited new album, "Glow & Behold" will unveil the next phase in Yuck's already impressive career, one which mixes shimmering, horn-led ballads with the galvanizing alt-rock anthems of old to spellbinding effect. Make sure not to miss what are sure to be absolutely essential shows.

17th, 18th, 19th September - Macbeth, London
21st Sept - Incubate festival, Holland
26th Sept - Lido, Berlin
28th Sept - Madrid (secret venue)
29th Sept - Paris (secret venue)
2nd Oct - Soup Kitchen, Manchester
3rd Oct - New Slang, Kingston
