Everyone's favourite sun-drenched slice of nostalgia pie, Tail Feather, are back and better than ever with news of a new double A-side single release 'Knocked Down' / 'All of a Sudden' and a string of UK live dates this coming March.
Formed in Reading in 2012 and marrying the rich soul-driven grooves of Pink Floyd, Peter Green era Fleetwood Mac and classic Steely Dan, Tail Feather have accomplished a lot in their relatively short career, from hitting the road with the likes of Wolf Alice, Wild Smiles and Tripwires, to winning early support from the likes of The 405 and BBC Introducing.
Having carved out their own distinct niche by bringing back the soul-induced sounds of the seventies, the four-piece will now return with the new single 'Knocked Down' / 'All of a Sudden' this March, alongside a series of UK live dates. Marrying slick guitar lines that feel as if they've been crafted in the Golden State and turning up the thick bass-induced grooves to 11, the new single release also carries on Tail Feather's long-standing collaboration with producer Graham Dominy (Robert Plant, Ray Davies).
Undeniably cool and essentially timeless, Tail Feather continue to blaze their own distinct trail in today's music scene with their retro-induced time vessel of euphoric hooks and blissful harmonies.
Tail Feather's new double A-side single 'Knocked Down' / 'All of a Sudden' will be released on March 10th and available from all good digital stores.
