Ntnt Announce The Release Of Their Sophomore Ep 'And Then The Moon' Out On February 24th 2014

NTNT are pleased to announce the release of their sophomore EP, And Then the Moon, due out on February 24, 2014 via Internet Piracy Records. The Portland based band has recently released the debut single, "Getchya So Good," via The Vinyl District earlier this week.

And Then the Moon  is a 5-track EP that will entice you with every listen. Electric punches and seductive lyrics bring NTNT's stage presence into your headphones. Dreamy melodies and rhythmic punches are wrapped with singer Dustin Brown's smooth and captivating vocals. NTNT is Dustin Brown (Singer, Songwriter, Guitar, Programming, Percussion), Ryan Berry (Drums, Samples) and Chad Van Dyke (Guitar).

While the first song "The Attitude" paints a picture of numbness and an anxiety about truly being able to connect with people, the next song "Good Heart, Bad Lungs" is an expression of hope for a real, innocent love with some one new. "Getchya So Good," paints a picture of the two most opposite parts of love as a whole.  The way we can pull together and make the most amazing things happen, or eventually break apart and feel terrible.  The ways we hurt each other or make each other feel 'so good.'

"The Fury," is a heterosexual love letter, as well encouragement, to a dear friend who had been dealing with his own demons. The final song, and title track, "And Then the Moon," portrays our animal instincts, our body language, the language of love, the loss of love, the fact that every relationship we truly invest ourselves in is a risk, but in the end its one worth taking because it's where the beauty of being alive, and being human truly lies. The track features Isaac Thelin (Rare Monk), Madeline Goldstein (Fringe Class) and Jared Birchfield and Chris Comer.

NTNT have been featured on MTV's Awkward with "The Climb," have supported Vacationer and Gentlemen Hall, appeared on PDX Pop Now! 2013 Compilation, and have had several songs used for Forever 21, Nokia, and Monster Energy amongst others. Ranging in influences The Mars Volta, Empire of the Sun, M83, Toro Y Moi, Passion Pit and Mew with a twist of 80's nostalgia, this unique combination creates a sound that is very much their own.
