Nada Surf are excited to announce December 2012 tour dates in support of their critically acclaimed sixth album The Stars Are Indifferent To Astronomy (Barsuk). The run of shows across the Midwest and North East will cap off an incredibly successful year for the beloved Brooklyn trio. "Nada Surf's quietly built one of indie rock's most consistent discographies," wrote The Onion, going on to praise The Stars Are Indifferent To Astronomy as "a reliably crisp, tuneful addition, all racing snare hits, taut power chords, and Caws' emotive tenor." NPR for their part described the album as "tremendous -- full of big, blooming rock that practically glows with generosity." The band is hosting a ticket pre-sale for fans this Wednesday July 25th. General on-sale is this Friday July 27th at 10 am local venue time.
