Brooklyn quintet Lucius are on a roll. Not only have they released their debut album 'Wildewoman' this year, they have also toured the UK, Europe and the US and have only recently announced that they will return to UK shores in August for a string of live dates (including a completely sold out show at The Lexington) to warm up for their set at Reading and Leeds Festival. To coincide with their return, they now announce details of their next official release, new single 'Tempest', along with a fresh set of European tour dates in October.
Taken from their critically acclaimed debut album 'Wildewoman', 'Tempest' is a popular album favourite and also a highlight of the highly praised Lucius live show. With a driving percussive beat and a catchy pop-rock chorus, 'Tempest' is Lucius at their most enchanting and is therefore perfect for the festival tents that the band will grace this summer.
October will see the band return to Europe for a long anticipated full set of tour dates - showcasing the live set that has seen the band receive high praise from all corners already. Kicking off in Sweden on the 15th, the band will take in the major European cities one day at a time, pausing for a string of UK dates in the middle. They will reach London's Islington Assembly Hall on the 22nd before finishing off in Belgium on the 9th November.
