Brooklyn-based quintet Lucius, currently on tour throughout Europe with sold out shows in London, Leeds and Dublin, are pleased to announce they will be extending their visit as direct support for Jack White on the European leg of his November tour. The news comes in tandem with the release of the band's brand new single 'Hey, Doreen' - which will be released 24th November via Play it Again Sam.
The band is extremely honoured and excited to be touring with Jack White which will bring them to see their biggest shows to date - culminating at London's O2 on the 19th November. With a live show that has been perfected through a summer of touring and festivals, the October / November dates promise to only consolidate further their reputation as one of the most exciting live bands of the last 12 months.
Earlier this year, Lucius released their debut record 'Wildewoman' - which was met with universal acclaim with a charge led by singles 'Turn It Around' and most recently 'Tempest'. New offering 'Hey, Doreen', is a widely popular favourite from the band's highly praised live show and will be released 24th November via Play It Again Sam with two b-sides - a cover of Buddy Holly's 'It Doesn't Matter Anymore' and a live performance of 'Wonderful' by My Morning Jacket.
