Jaws New Single 'Gold' Released July 29 2013 Plus Live Dates

JAWS return following the sold-out 'Milkshake' EP released earlier in the year to many accolades and an excitedly growing live fan base with new single 'Gold'.

The past year has seen the young Birmingham four piece churn out a steady and impressive output of hook-laden and immersive hazy garage pop, from singles 'Donut' and 'Surround You' to 'Friend Like You' and 'Stay In', all now staunch live favourites, with eager fans singing back the words at sweatily packed shows. It has seen them record a live session for Huw Stephens at Radio 1, play a triumphant sold out headline homecoming show at Birmingham's 300 capacity Hound and Hare, as well as having their songs appear on the unlikely cross-section from Made In Chelsea to Match Of The Day on TV.

True to form, 'Gold' is a slice of effortlessly infectious and breezy garage pop, charged with a newfound sense of urgency in it's soaring vocal and incendiary dynamics.

The new single comes alongside a fresh set of headline shows that will see them travel across the country as well as festival dates.
