Introducing Jacob & Goliath, a three-piece from Brentford in West London, consisting of Jacob Simpson (Guitar, lead vocals), Charlie Brown (Drums, backing vocals) and Sam Bryan (Keyboards).
They release their debut EP 'Eyes Conveyed' on June 15th via Manchester's LAB Records. Produced by Paul Stanborough in his East London studio The Biscuit Factory the EP takes in a range of diverse influences.
At only 18 years old, and every inch a pop-star in the making, Jacob's passion for music came alive at 14 when he hitched a ride to Glastonbury on the tour bus of pop-folk maestro Nick Lowe. The experience blew him away and inspired him to pursue music as a career.
An early gig caught the attention of Christopher Bailey, Chief Creative Officer at Burberry, who immediately handpicked the band to shoot a Burberry Acoustic session.
Jacob & Goliath play live @ The Islington, Tolpuddle St, London on Wednesday 2nd July.
